Privacy Policy

• When you contact us. The contact form does not send or store anything on our servers: it opens an email in your own mail app, and we receive only what you choose to send. Emails and calls to [email protected] or (646) 226-2745 reach us like any business correspondence, with whatever details you include (name, email, phone, project location and description).
• When you chat with Tavi. Tavi is an AI assistant, not a person. We keep the chat transcript so our team can follow up and improve the assistant. If you share your name, email, phone or project details in the chat, we save them as an enquiry and notify our team. Please don’t share payment details, passwords or other sensitive information in the chat.
• Technical data. Like any website, our servers and our network provider (Cloudflare) process your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site, prevent abuse and rate-limit the chat.
• Business outreach. We sometimes contact companies about AV projects and subcontracting using business contact details they publish (for example, on their website or a public job post). Every such message is reviewed and approved by our team before it is sent, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

The public site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own staff when they use the site’s admin area. Our network provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from attacks.

• To answer your questions, prepare estimates and walkthroughs, and deliver the work you hire us for.
• To run, secure and improve the website and Tavi.
• To keep business records and meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Only the service providers we need to operate, each bound to use the data only for us:

• Hosting and technology: Marlow Systems LLC, which hosts the site and operates Tavi for us.
• AI processing: chat messages are sent to the AI model that powers Tavi, only to generate a reply.
• Network and security: Cloudflare, Inc.
• Email: Google Workspace, which hosts our mailboxes.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.

• Chat transcripts: deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Enquiries and email: as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then deleted.
• Server and security logs: kept only briefly, for security and troubleshooting.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right not to be discriminated against for using them; residents of other US states, the EU, the UK and the UAE have similar rights under their own laws. We honor Global Privacy Control signals, although we do not sell or share data in the first place.

Email [email protected] with your request. We will confirm it came from you, then respond within 45 days (sooner where the law requires). You may use an authorised agent. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and two-step sign-in for our admin area. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We are based in the United States and our systems are here. If you contact us from another country, your information is processed in the US.
